operationId: operators.delete
Șterge operatorul după id, dacă acesta nu este atribuit niciunei zone și niciunui punct de ridicare. Distruge tokenul operatorului și șterge doar înregistrarea operatorului; utilizatorul asociat contului este păstrat.
