Apply global settings to selected districts

POST/api/crm/v2/districts.update_templatev2

operationId: districts.updateTemplate

Applies general settings to the selected districts. districts_ids — districts to which the settings are applied, fields — which of the values below are applied. Anything not listed in fields will not be changed in the districts. The branch template — default values in the new district form and the settings block in GET /districts — is overwritten with all values from the request body, regardless of fields.
