Transfer network ownership

POST/api/crm/v2/team.change_ownershipv2

operationId: team.changeOwnership

Transfers network ownership to another user. Available to partners only. The new user receives the owner role, and the current account owner becomes admin, all within a single transaction. Ownership cannot be transferred to a blocked user — error 6. Only the account owner can transfer ownership — all others receive error 100, even if they have access to this section: the transfer is irreversible, and the previous owner cannot regain the role from within the account.
